When adding or editing an employee, if another already has the same name:
Choose how shifts are assigned when generating schedules:
Suggested staff counts only; do not force assignments.
Affects generation and conflict checks.
When generating shifts, staff can be scheduled to start this many hours before the event and end this many hours after. Default is 1 hour each.
For events at or above the guest threshold, use the "large events" hours instead. Set threshold to 0 to disable.
Create pools (e.g. Servers, Cashiers, Housemen). Each employee is assigned to one pool. Seniority is tracked separately within each pool. Control whether a pool can be scheduled and whether it appears in event requirements.
