When adding or editing an employee, if another already has the same name:
Choose how shifts are assigned when generating schedules:
Suggested staff counts only; do not force assignments.
Affects generation and conflict checks.
Create pools (e.g. Servers, Cashiers, Housemen). Each employee is assigned to one pool. Seniority is tracked separately within each pool. Control whether a pool can be scheduled and whether it appears in event requirements.

Back up or restore data. Automatic backups are saved when you make changes.

Reset the app to a completely fresh state. This removes all employees, events, schedules (all weeks), and audit log.
This action cannot be undone. All data will be permanently deleted.
